It’s not hard to get in at all. Getting experience in your teenage years and then going to a great culinary school is the way that I went about getting in to it. Once you are in you have to work hard to make it and even harder to make it big. It must be something that you absolutely love to do. I’m not going to tell you what to do with your life/career.
